Catching absolute hell altering videos for upload to youtube/myspace. please help.?

First of all version 3.0 is a beta version so it may not have all the bugs worked out yet....secondly what you are going to need to do is to convert your video to a .flv file, you may not have a player that supports flv but thats generally what the videos on youtube are....convert it then upload it, then try playing it from the youtube location.....if it plays, your done, if not you may have to edit the video as well to get the frame rate and size just right. I use Nero and I also have the full version of Macromedia Flash and have used both to convert, edit, and compress files in several formats.....have not used your program so I cannot give you any further instructs but good luck.
