Homeless shelter in sarasota florida...would like to take in a family with children through the night too cold

i was watching the 11 oclock news and they said that the salvation army was turning away people due to full occupancy. My husband and I are considering taking in a family for the night and would like to know who to contact? Salvation Army Shelter is not listed. It is going to be very cold out and we would like to help!
