Rustic Barn Wedding in New England or New York?

Hi everyone! My fiance and I are looking for a truly rustic barn, preferably in Maine or New York. We really love the old barns that haven't been completely restored. He is deploying overseas in a few months for a year and I am left to do most of the planning. Starting with the location is the first step for me! I have done a lot of research and just can't seem to find what I'm looking for in our budget. We are looking to spend about 6,000 for an entire weekend rental. Hopefully friday afternoon/evening until Sunday. It will be a fun, homey, shabby chic type wedding and most of it will be with DIY projects. I envision a barn in the country, not on a main road with trees and flowers surrounding. I am also hoping for accommodations for sleeping as well, either on the grounds (at a farmhouse type) or close by at an inn. I know that is a lot to look for, but I am hoping you all have some opinions! Please share any/everything! Thank you!!
