How to get a 2 yr old in the house?

Make sure to give him transition time. Start warning at 20 or 15 minutes before inside time. Then keep repeating the warning till 5 minutes are left, then come back in 5 and say "time's up." Kids this age need to transition. I never had problems with my son with this method.
