Creationists, how did animals "kinds" speciate after Noah's Flood?

When the bible says a kind of animal it means a species. There were two dogs, two cats, two dinosaurs, two mice etc. Each animal in a species will have slightly different genetic information leading to variation within a species. That is how animals within a species can look do different because of the different combinations of DNA 'mixed' with each other. However these lead only to variations within a species, not the creation of a completely new species. For example a labrador and a poodle can breed together to produce a labradoodle. That is two dogs breeding to produce a dog. The offspring is the same species as it's parents. A labrador and a poodle cannot breed together to produce a rabbit, that just doesn't work. Variation within a species can occur to a great extent in hundreds of years let alone thousands.
