Did you go to school while your husband/wife was deployed and care for a child?

Well, i didnt have a child while hubby was deployed but i did go to school and work 2 jobs. I finished up my ociates (i left college early to get married and move away with him) and i also got certified as a pharmacy tech. the program shouldve taken a year but i busted my but to get it done in 7 months! It might not be exactly what youre looking to do but its a pretty good job and its something that you can do anywhere you move to. I wanted to keep that in mind because i bounce back and forth between jersey and north carolina depending on whether hes deployed or not and who knows where we will get stationed in the next few years. choose something that will most likely be an easy job to get no matter where you are. going to school is GREAT during deployments, it really makes the time go faster and makes you feel productive! good luck hun!
