Fort Meade Army Base help?

My husband is a 21B, Combat Engineer stationed at Ft. Hood, TX. He was an 11B, Infantryman his first enlistment. We found out that Ft. Meade, MD has the best resources for children with Autism but are not sure if they have any units he could be igned to there with his current MOS. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
