Question about hot dog stands?

From your description, the hot dogs aren't simmered in water first to get most of the sodium nitrite curing out. Poison. Spreading contagion faster than a tollbooth worker, more poison. Bleached flour buns containing the halogen-modified wheat enzyme which causes progressive pancreas damage in 1/3 the population with genetic geriatric diabetes in their families, more poison. Given that hot dogs are usually made from indigestible skin and such, the picture is complete, but complete "what" is hard to say. I take the high-quality sausage option, even though it is more expensive, and discard the bun, if it's eat there or go hungry. Regards, Larry.
