This is not at joke. Should I grab a sakata and hold it for a bit to overcome my fear of fear?

I have multiple phobias i am trying to overcome and recently i have been afraid of developing new phobias. We got these sakatas now here in chicago and they are as nasty as can be. uck i hate them. my psyc told be that to overcome my fear of fear i must face the fear whenever the slightest bit of doubt that i have anxiety is there. but these things a nasty. should i do it?
