Unlimited liability: can I avoid creditors by transferring money to a friends bank account ?

I am a sole proprietor in litigation and could potentially face a court order to pay to a plaintiff. Can I avoid having my ets seized by transferring all my cash to friend's bank account. I don't have any ets other than my cash.
