Im Pregnant. Now What?

I just found out Im pregnant and my husband and I are exhilarated. However, I am antsy and nervous and my mother is very upset for me. I am 27 and my husband is 33. This is my first child and his second. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to confirm this and do whatever, you know. I am going into this blind and I was hoping someone out there can guide me through this pregnancy process because I don't know anything about it like what to it, if I can still take keep my meds. Im on sleeping and anxiety pills and I cannot sleep without my sleeping pills and I'm worried because I can't fall asleep without my pills. I'm really scared because I'm afraid its going to hurt when I give birth because I've seen women give birth on tv and it seems like their in so much pain and I'm scared of that and I want to get a c-section. Any advice? Thanks.
