Waterfront restaurants near Spring Hill, Florida.

Back in the end of 2000, there was a restaurant on the beach south of Spring Hill, Florida, where we would sit on the deck and watch the sun set and the boats go by in a no-wake zone and then open it up when they were able. Does anyone know where that restaurant is and what its name is?
